I've seen a lot of gay, series movies and unfortunately always tend to stick to the same stereotype of the queen gay men of color, extravagant, This finally is released from the mold and has a constant departure of age story with a non stereotypical gay main character, someone who does not like musical theater, Britney Spears and is actually on the chubby side, which was very refreshing to see. of course , it is still a teen movie prom like oh so many out there, but the performance was very good at all and the setting.
